I found this beauty on
Palouse Ads last week. I'd actually been eyeing it for quite a few weeks after seeing
this typewriter used in a window display. Oh the
possibilities. It's provided us hours of entertainment including lots of messy ink fingers.
I purchased a typewriter ribbon at Staples and I wound it wrong so we have this stunning red ink. I may try and hunt down some original ribbons online.
And I made cupcakes today (surprise) for a little girl in Eliot's class who shares his birthday and thus they will be celebrating tomorrow at preschool. I had planned to make them a gender neutral cupcake until he broke my heart and my pride and announced that he'd prefer gingersnaps. So I made him gingersnaps (
boooo) for Eliot and sweet pink mini-cupcakes for the girl.
